How can we help?

Still need assistance? Drop us an email

A: As a family-run operation, the health of our potters, students and very own clay-loving toddler is our number one priority. We’ve carried out a full risk assessment of our studio and put in place rules to minimise the risk of infection. Rest assured, all the latest guidelines are being followed and we’ll keep updating our measures accordingly. For the latest government coronavirus guidelines, please visit www.gov.uk/coronavirus.

A: Despite working with clay all day, we pride ourselves on running a super clean and tidy operation. In fact, it’s been that way long before we ever knew what furlough meant or started singing happy birthday at the tap. Rest assured though, we’ve put a bunch of additional safety measures in place in our studio which doesn’t have constant access to the general public. These include:

  • Replacing and washing all towels, cloths and aprons after every class
  • Sterilising and wiping down all tables, wheels and tools
  • Regularly cleaning all surfaces such as handles and taps throughout the day
  • Ensuring our studio is well ventilated before and after each class
  • Additional handwashing facilities and oodles of sanitiser
  • Social distancing measures with reduced class sizes

A:Absolutely. In line with the government’s roadmap our classes are now back up and running as advertised. If you’d like to make a private booking for up to two households, just Drop us an email as usual.

A:All our adult and kids classes will have reduced numbers for the foreseeable future. Not only will this meet currently guidelines, it also means we’re able to give our students more personal guidance.

A:Don’t worry, we’ve made sanitising super simple. When you arrive, we’ll ask you to wash your hands or squirt on some hand sanitiser. We’ll then show you where to sit, which will be at least 1m away from the nearest student. Please note, there may be times when face coverings are required so please bring your own.

A:First things first, stay at home and use the NHS 111 online coronavirus service. Please also let us know as soon as possible so we can do our part in stopping the spread of coronavirus by letting others in attendance know. Rest assured, this will be done with 100% confidentiality and your stored booking details will only be used for track and trace if required.

A: In the event your group workshop has to be postponed due to new government restrictions (AKA lockdown), then deposits will be honoured and moved to an alternative date within the next 12 months. If one of your group is unable to attend, the booking will still be valid and unfortunately cannot be moved to accommodate. As a small independent business we hope you understand why we have this policy in place, and rest assured we’ll do as much as we can to be flexible.

A: Our kits are made to order so please allow 1-3 days for dispatch. Express orders are processed more quickly.

A:We’d hate for you to miss the chance to get your hands dirty, so all vouchers will remain valid for an extended period to cover the time our studio’s been shut. If timings are looking tight, Give us a bell and we’ll do our best to find a solution.

A: Please Get in touch to arrange picking up your pots within six weeks of email notification. This can be done completely contact-free, or alternatively we can arrange for delivery by post. Whatever you feel most comfortable with.
